What is required to reserve the booking? We require a signed contract and $300 non-refundable deposit that is applied to your final balance.
Is the deposit refundable? No, the $300 deposit is non-refundable; however, it is applied to your final balance.
How long are we able to use the space? The room is yours for 3 hours. After 3 hours, if you'd like to continue to celebrate with your guests, you are welcome to join us in the Poggio Leano Wine Room and Lounge portion of our restaurant.
What is the capacity of the rooms? Each of our three rooms have a different maximum. Our minimum guest count for a banquet is 18 guests and our biggest space can accommodate for 50 guests.
Can we rent out the Poggio Leano Wine Room & Lounge? Yes! The Wine Room & Lounge is available for renting based on availablilty. There is a food and beverage minimum that varies on the date of your event.
When is the final guest count needed? 10 days prior to your event date.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes! We have gluten-fee, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
Can I customize the menu? Yes! Please send us your suggestions. All suggestions must be approved by the chef.
Do you need to know each guest's food choice? No, guests are able to decide on their food choice the day of the event.
Do you have options for children? Yes! Anyone under 12 years old is considered a child and can decide from our restaurant children's menu.
Do you have bar packages? No; however, we have popular suggestions for you. We also offer the Member discount of 20% off of our family-owned wines, Poggio Leano for booking an event with us.
Can we bring in our own alcohol? No, you are only permitted to use the alcohol that Gourmet Italia provides.
Do you offer a champagne toast? Yes, you can host a champagne toast! You will be charged for the number of opened bottles.
Do we get our own bartender? No. Our serving staff will provide you with excellent service to make sure requests are accommodated for.
Is there a projetor and screen we can use? Yes! We allow use of our projector and/or screen for an additional charge. Our projector has an HDMI hook-up. You are welcome to bring in your own projector and screen without charge.
Can we decorate the space? Yes! You are welcome to personalize the room and bring in your own decorations. We do allow candles. We provide white linens, menus and tealight candles. We also have an easel for signage, if needed. We ask that you put up any wall decor that damage the walls.
How much time prior to the event can we set-up? Typically, we allow 1 hour before your event start time. If we don't have an event prior, you may have earlier access to the room.
